| General Overview | A paradox. Aeryn seems to be rather self assured and confident on the outside. She has spent her life portraying that image and it works. But when things suddenly change she often struggles to maintain that composure and reveals through the cracks, the gentler, more timid side. She has secrets. |

| Strengths & Weaknesses | Strengths: Her knowledge of the UEO and diplomatic language. She has spent years perfecting what has been termed 'The Velvet Voice' within diplomatic and Political circles. She uses it to calm people down and rarely if ever yells. Weaknesses: She isn't a fighter. She has NO hand-to-hand combat skills and is really bad with P90's and Handguns. In fact, the MARINES and SGC Teams have been instructed NEVER to let her hold a gun… as she'd end up shooting herself. AJ isn't trained in resisting interrogation techniques, as such her information concerning security is limited to patrol shifts and her codes are restricted to self-destruct and codes to access computers she requires. This of course may change as things progresses, and if required to by chain of command. |

| Hobbies & Interests | Despite appearances Aeryn has one major hobby. She is a speed freak. She loves motorbikes and fast cars and has even conned pilots into letting her second chair F16s She has an aircraft pilot's license and can fly anything up to commercial aircraft. Has been 'trained' F16s but is not legally cleared to fly them. Back home, in LA she has two Harley Davidson Motorbikes, a Ferrari and a V8 Holden Commodore in black. Growing up in Australia, she loves camping and has learned to surf since hitting LA. She is a runner. She loves to run and runs every morning. Regardless of where she is. |
| Personal History | 1988 -2005 Aeryn is the youngest child of a 6-kid family. She was rather spoiled as a child by her parents but as she grew older, she grew out of it and stood on her own two feet. When she was 13, she met her local member and it set her on a path which would lead her to a wondrous future...and danger. 2006-2010 When she finished high school, she went to Bond University and studied political science and International law. 2011-2017 After graduation she found employment with an international Law firm based in California. Moving across the planet at age 24 was a new experience for Aeryn or AJ as she is called. But she made the most of it. It took several years but she worked her way up in the firm and was made junior partner just after her 28th Birthday. It was then she came to the attention of a high-ranking member of the UEO. In 2013, Aeryn took 1 year maternity leave. She has a daughter who lives primarily in Australia with Aeryn’s parents He sent out feelers and soon she went part time at her cushy job at the LA law firm and her wonderful salary and joined the International Oversight Advisory Committee as a lawyer. Her eyes were opened to a whole new gamut of things. She was enthralled by the Stargate and the places it could go and soon was spending more time at the SGC then at the UEO. She became such a regular face that people soon stopped calling her by her title and called her AJ. 2020 But she did her job and soon her LA law firm job was over and she retired with a golden handshake and was soon working full time for the UEO. It was here she officially learned about the Stargate. Intrigued she put her name down. And was soon notified that she would be going to the new Stargate base as the UEO Administrator.. Aeryn however is in no doubt that her position was purely political. They needed someone there to 'control' any military commander put in place. She expects her commission to be temporary before being shipped back. That wasn't going to stop her though. She threw herself into preparations with abandon. She worked hard to acquire all needed supplies and technology for the expedition and knew it would take more to prove herself to any who considered her a figure head. | Service Record | Footlocker Gear EQUIPMENT BROUGHT WITH HER: All personnel were given a set about of weight and items they could bring. Max 100lbs! Add to that the UEO's luggage/equipment and supplies. She had a lot to pack So Aeryn packed accordingly. She has taken with her two duffel bags, a Bedroll (Made up of her own personal blankets, sheets and pillows) and a backpack. She has brought an array of clothing, for all types of weather and had to cut down on her shoe collection to keep it to a minimum of 7 pairs. In her first duffel she had several suits, jeans tee-shirts and long-sleeved shirts for cooler weather, all rolled up expertly to give more space. She had added several collapsible coat hangers and her medium size make up case which held make up and other sundries. Because the base is in the Antarctic she has a lot of winter clothes and jackets. In the second was her shoes, two pairs of combat boots which the UEO made her take three pairs of every day heals, two pair of running shoes, one pair of flat sandals and one pair of Jimmy Choo’s (hey a girl needs her shoes! The rest is in storage!) In that bag were also more clothing and sleep wear and intimate items of apparel as well as a spare set of sheets for her camp bed. In the backpack were 2 laptops, and 6 3Terrabite Portable Hard Drives, a digital Camcorder and a digital camera. As well as several hundred USB sticks and her complete CD and DVD collection condensed onto one external hard drive as well as the latest IPOD. And her Rolodex. When she arrived on base that first day, she wore her combat boots, heavy black jeans, her Task Force ID over her crisp white business shirt and a long floor length black leather duster. UEO Equipment: Several computers, a desk, two chairs, several reams of paper, a printer with enough ink cartridges to last several years, a locked laptop, a scanner, and several briefing boxes filled with blank briefing books and several books on UEO practices (Should make for a nice bonfire) Family Pictures.
